Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship by USPS Priority Mail or by UPS. You will receive e-mail notification of shipping by whichever shipping carrier you choose during the order process. We ship only to the United States of American shipping addresses, APO/Military addresses and Canada shipping addresses. Canadian customers receive their orders by UPS Standard. Canadian customers are required to pay required Canadian customs tax.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns once the package is opened. If you received the wrong order send us an email immediately and do not open the soap. Once you open the product, we can not accept it for return or refund. Our soap products are very personal items and we are sure you understand why we can not accept returns.
